- No. Every Project starts with native planning — idea, requirements, modules, backlog, sprints, and team assignment — with zero adapters connected. Connecting a repository for evidence is always a later, optional step.

- How is a Project's Health verdict actually computed?
- From evidence, not self-reporting: native signals like backlog completeness and readiness, plus, once connected, GitHub signals like open critical issues, stale pull requests, CI status, and deployment status. Every verdict ships with the specific evidence behind it.
- What happens to my data if I disconnect GitHub?
- Nothing native is ever deleted. Disconnecting a connector only stops new automated evidence from arriving; every native Project, WorkItem, Backlog, and Milestone stays fully intact and usable.
- Is this just another Kanban board?
- No. PAWMOS doesn't ask you to re-describe work that already exists in GitHub. It plans natively, then reads real activity for Health — instead of duplicating issues into a second source of truth.
